1.     Water: one kg

2.     Salt: one spoon

3.     Green chili: 8 to 10

First, clean the spinach, separate the leaves from the stems, wash the spinach well two to three times, put three glasses of water in a pot, and add spinach to it. Add one spoon of salt, and 10 green chilies to this spinach and boil it for 15 minutes on high heat. After boiling, remove the pot from the stove and let the spinach cool down. After it cools down, grind it with the help of a brander. Do not grind the spinach too much.

1.     Ghee: Three cups

2.     black Cardamom: Two Pieces

3.     Cloves: Six Pieces

4.     Lentils: Two-inch pieces

5.     cinnamon: one-inch pieces

6.     Green Cardamom: Three to four

7.     Celery: Half a teaspoon

8.     Coriander seeds: One teaspoon

9.     Proven white cumin: One spoon

10. mace: 2 grams

 Add ghee to the pan and then add whole spices. Once the spices start to crackle, add the blanched spinach. Make sure there is not too much water in the spinach. Mix it well with the help of a spoon, and for better results, use a wooden spoon. When the spinach releases ghee, it is ready. The delicious spinach is now ready to be added to the meat."

3.     Onion: One big size

4.     Garlic: One clove

8.     Turmeric: Half a spoon

9.     Dry ground coriander: one spoon

You can use either a pressure cooker or a pot to cook the meat. First, add ghee to the pot. Then, add finely chopped onions and garlic cloves and sautΓ© them until they turn golden. Once golden, remove the onions and garlic onto a plate. Make sure the onions are lightly browned.

In the same ghee, add cumin seeds and cinnamon sticks. When the cumin starts to crackle and the cinnamon releases its aroma, add the meat and sautΓ© it well. Once the meat changes color, add turmeric, salt, and red chili powder, and continue sautΓ©ing for a few more minutes. Then, return the previously fried onions and garlic to the pot and add tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the spices blend well.
