Guide to Cooking the Perfect Dish
Ingredients for Palak Gosht (Spinach Meat):

FOR BOILING PALAK(SPINACH)
1. Water: one kg
2. Salt: one spoon
3. Green chili: 8 to 10
Method for boiling the spinach
First, clean the spinach, separate the leaves from the stems, wash the spinach well two to three times, put three glasses of water in a pot, and add spinach to it. Add one spoon of salt, and 10 green chilies to this spinach and boil it for 15 minutes on high heat. After boiling, remove the pot from the stove and let the spinach cool down. After it cools down, grind it with the help of a brander. Do not grind the spinach too much.
INGREDIENTS FOR FRY PALAK (SPINACH)
1. Ghee: Three cups
2. black Cardamom: Two Pieces
3. Cloves: Six Pieces
4. Lentils: Two-inch pieces
5. cinnamon: one-inch pieces
6. Green Cardamom: Three to four
7. Celery: Half a teaspoon
8. Coriander seeds: One teaspoon
9. Proven white cumin: One spoon
10. mace: 2 grams
11. Bay leaves: 2noos.
12. peppercorns: 2 grams

Use a pan since cooking in a pan improves the flavor.
Add ghee to the pan
and then add whole spices. Once the spices start to crackle, add the blanched
spinach. Make sure there is not too much water in the spinach. Mix it well with
the help of a spoon, and for better results, use a wooden spoon. When the
spinach releases ghee, it is ready. The delicious spinach is now ready to be
added to the meat."
Ingredients of spicy spinach Meat
1. Meat: 1 kg
2. Ghee: Two cups
3. Onion: One big size
4. Garlic: One clove
5. Ginger: Two-inch pieces of Finely chopped slices
6. Salt: 1 tsp or as required
7. Red Chili Powder: Two spoons
8. Turmeric: Half a spoon
9. Dry ground coriander: one spoon
10. Cumin seeds: one spoon
11. cinnamon: One-inch piece
12. Yogurt: One cup
13. Ground hot spices: half teaspoon
14. Tomatoes: One cup
15. Black pepper: half tsp
16. Butter:
PROCEDURE TO SPINACH MEAT
Step-by-Step Guide to Cooking the Perfect Dish
You can use either a pressure cooker or a pot to cook the meat. First, add ghee to the pot. Then, add finely chopped onions and garlic cloves and sautΓ© them until they turn golden. Once golden, remove the onions and garlic onto a plate. Make sure the onions are lightly browned.
In the same ghee, add cumin seeds and cinnamon sticks. When the cumin starts to crackle and the cinnamon releases its aroma, add the meat and sautΓ© it well. Once the meat changes color, add turmeric, salt, and red chili powder, and continue sautΓ©ing for a few more minutes. Then, return the previously fried onions and garlic to the pot and add tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the spices blend well.
If using a pressure cooker, add one
cup of water, close the lid, and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender
(about 15-20 minutes, depending on the type of meat). If using a pot, add water
as needed and cook on low heat until the meat is fully tender, stirring
occasionally.
Once the meat is well-cooked and the water starts to dry up, keep stirring until the oil separates
Then add milk to the pot, and once it comes to a boil, add the fried spinach. Cook both on high heat for ten minutes while stirring. milk enhances the flavor. After that, add the previously set-aside ghee. SautΓ© for another two minutes after adding the gravy, and once the aroma rises, turn off the heat.
Make sure there is no excess water in the spinach. When the oil starts to separate on top of the spinach, add in butter and sprinkle ground garam masala. Now, your delicious and aromatic Palak Gosht (Spinach with Meat) is ready.
